Life is a dynamic process. In order to understand fundamental aspects how life organizes itself, data about the dynamics if life is needed. We developed a fluorescent microscope, which records living specimen sufficiently fast and is barely interfering with the observed processes. By design our microscope is reasonably easy to use regarding specimen handling, imaging and image post-processing.
