Single-cell organism which relies on photosynthesis. Lots of chloroplasts are visible in yellow. The fingers only grow out for the day and disappear during night. Sample was collected by Tara Expeditions, recorded by Sebastien Colin and visualized by Stefan Günther & Gustavo de Medeiros at EMBL Heidelberg.
